What: Relaxation massage is primarily a combination of Swedish massage and classical massage techniques.
My approach: Mostly firm and a combination of rithmic and if indicated deep tissue massage.I use the great quality PINO oils from Germany and/or sportsmassage plus essential oils and gels.Relaxing music in the background. If you don’t wish the oils to remain on your body, I will remove the remainder with a professional cooling/cleaning gel with a light citrus scent.
Techniques: Effleurages, petrisages and tapotages in combination with frictions, compression- and vibrationtechniques.
Results: Besides the relaxation of muscles and your total body, the massage will also help you to relax and quiet your mind.
I will offer you a glas of water before and after the treatment.
